Myriam Oualha Deblanc, of Tunisian, French, and Austrian heritage, has lived in four countries, shaping her adaptability and entrepreneurial drive. She began her career as a special envoy, securing partnerships between British clothing brands and Tunisian manufacturers, before gaining multinational experience at Procter & Gamble. In 1999, she moved into financial services with Commerzbank, developing new markets and introducing equity convertibles in Lebanon. At RBC, she launched the bank’s first in-house equity derivative product and led distribution across Europe, Switzerland, and the Middle East. In 2009, Myriam founded ProFin Partners, which she continues to lead as sole partner.

Robbie joined ProFin Partners in October 2021 with a focus on the UK market and our ESG offering. Robbie joined from JP Morgan Private Bank where he worked supporting portfolio managers and investors in a variety of financial products, both on day-to-day trading and strategic projects. Before this he graduated from Loughborough University with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate and the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA UK. Robbie grew up in Edinburgh and plays hockey internationally for Scotland. He also continues to play golf and football, whilst remaining an avid fan of all sport.

Andrew joined ProFin Partners in March 2023 as an Operations Specialist. Prior to joining ProFin, he spent most of his career in the City of London for Legal & General Investment Management in the Investment Operations department as a Cash Reconciliation specialist.

Ethan Murray joined Profin Partners in February 2025 as a Junior Sales Assistant. In his role, he supports servicing existing clients, managing trade execution, and as well as strategic projects. Prior to joining ProFin Partners, he gained experience in alternative credit and real estate investments at AXA IM Alts, where he worked closely with both sales and investment teams on private market sales and strategies. He holds an MSc in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management. Outside of work, Ethan has a keen interest all things sports, namely golf and rugby, having previously played and coached at Blackrock College.

Daniel Lopez Galan is a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of experience in structured products and equity derivatives. He began his career at Lehman Brothers in 1999, where he became Head of Equity Derivatives for Iberia, and later held senior roles at Credit Suisse, Santander Asset Management, and Leonteq Securities. In 2022, he partnered with ProFin Partners to launch a bespoke AMC focused on global equity yield strategies.

Karl Khadra is an investment specialist with expertise in structured products and a strong entrepreneurial background. A graduate of Cass Business School, he has advised institutional clients and co-founded **Numa SAL**, a financial research and advisory firm. He also founded two tech startups: **Hjeza**, a sports venue booking platform, and **Statbox**, an AI-powered sports analytics platform. Based in Beirut, Karl supports Profin’s regional growth while driving innovation across finance and technology.

Marc Jabbour is an investment specialist with a focus on structured products and cross-asset advisory. A graduate of the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor in Business Administration (Finance concentration), he works with institutional and private clients to design and deliver customized investment solutions. At ProFin, Marc contributes to regional and international growth by combining technical market expertise with a client-oriented approach. Based in Beirut, he is actively engaged in developing strategies across equities, commodities, and credit markets while supporting the firm’s expansion into new opportunities

A former senior executive at Standard & Poor’s, Kurt led the Structured Finance business unit across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Recognizing unmet needs in the European Structured Finance market, he founded a fintech analytics company, successfully building and selling it to a major player. Since then, he has advised CEOs and leadership teams on discovering new revenue streams in disruptive sectors and developing impact investment opportunities. He is actively involved in two startups and also co-owns Sweet Homes LLC, an impact investment business in the US.
